SMS Text Back Service - Terms and Conditions
1. Commercial Radio Australia Ltd (CRA) is running an SMS text back service for digital radio (the Service). To participate in the Service you should text your postcode from your mobile handset to:

2. CRA will charge you 20c for each SMS that you send to the Service (CRA Fee). In addition to the CRA Fee, your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to your message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. You should contact your carrier for information about your messaging plan. All standard messaging charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
3. You represent that you are the owner or authorised user of the device you use to access the Service, and that you are authorised to incur the applicable charges.
4. CRA will not be liable for any delays or failures in your delivery or receipt of any SMS messages as delivery and receipt are subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.
5. You must ensure that all care is taken when sending messages to the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you dial the correct number and provide the correct information to participate in the Service.
6. If for any reason the Service is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Service, then CRA may suspend or end the Service.
7. Use of the Service is at your sole risk. CRA accepts no liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of responses occurring in relation to the Service.
8. Data obtained from you in connection with the Service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. CRA may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request, and to operate, develop and improve the Service. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your SMS usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies.
9. The Service and related content are owned by CRA, and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
10. You shall not damage, impair or disrupt the Service or its functionality.
11. CRA reserves the right to alter the CRA Fee and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. CRA may suspend or terminate the Service at any time and for any reason, including if it believes you are in breach of these terms and conditions. The Service is also subject to termination in the event that your wireless service terminates or lapses.
12. The Service is available only in Australia.
